PRICES & PACKAGES
Our prices for custom kits are designed to be competitive. We offer a prix-fixe service because we want you to know exactly what you're paying with no hidden surprises. Within that we have more than a dozen materials to choose from, over 10 collar options, and a multitude of customizable features like cuffs, piping, and side panels. Occasionally, you might want elevated details, like custom rib knit collars, jaquard fabrics, or TPU badges and we offer those at cost.
SHIPPING
Shipping will be charged at 7.5% of the total cost of the order and your kits will arrive at your doorstep direct from our factory via FedEx, UPS, or DHL. With the tariff situation, we are able to offer 2 shipping options: DDP - Delivery Duty Paid - we pay the tariffs up front and the shipping takes 7-14 working days, or DAP - Delivered At Place - which will expedite the shipping time to 5-7 working days, but you would be responsible for your own duty / tariffs where applicable upon clearance from customs.
MATERIALS
We have over a dozen different materials we can use for your kit depending upon your requirements. Those shown here come as standard. Most of these materials have specific uses though - the higher gsm fabrics are used for jackets, hoodies, and track suits, for example. Some specialty materials like jacquard fabrics will incur a surcharge and we will advise at such times.
COLLARS
We believe in having the availability of a full range of collars - not just V necks and round necks. However, requests for specific upgrades such as custom rib knit polo collars will incur a surcharge if the MoQ is met. Fully unique collar designs are also available, but that will require some R+D on our part, and will therefore increase the price (the red shirt below as an example).
APPLIQUES
We are able to supply various custom appliques to elevate your kits. We offer these at cost eliminating the need to upsell. In many cases the MoQ of patches will be larger than your kit order. We are happy to hold onto those for further orders, or send them along with the kits for you to use on your team gear. We will advise of options available within your budget as your need arises.
